Hi Cara

Here's how to get where you want (I think this is what you want, anyway).

Hover your mouse over My OH in the top right corner beside your name.

Slide down to Health Tracker Click tickers & widgets Select ticker Either start new or edit (if you already have one) Fill in the info & select the check boxes where you want it displayed.

Topic: Changing my Weight

Can someone help me...I dont know how to change the weight thing to illustrate my new weight...I've been trying but I only manage to change the whole thing. I notice on other members they have added little butterflies...I know this is silly...but I have now lost 64lbs. and I want it reflected in my profile. Any help is appreciated.

you need to have a medical reason for it. for example, skin breakdown. if you have frequent sores or rashes underneath, that's reason to have a panniculectomy.

just an update!

my psychiatrist and the bariatric psychologist talked and i've been given the thumbs up! so now they've signed me up for craving change january-february.

i keep forgetting to get my bloodwork done.

the dietitian was good with what i'm doing food wise. the kinesiologist (god i don't know how to spell that) told me to go to a physiotherapist to get tests done on my back.

that's about it for now :)
