I think Mike may have posted this information in a previous post but thought it was worth posting again. 

I firmly believe that KNOWLEDGE is POWER and the more we share the more we KNOW.

I just wanted to add that the workshops are open to men too -  so you bariatric males out there - don't be put off that they are held at the Women's Health Clinic .
