Hello all,

when i post things on here and in our facebook groups i do not mean to be harsh or critical.I research before I post, and a lot of times posts are based on my personal experiences. While i am not apart of any medical field I try to shed light on item that need clarification or information that is not made available to members from the clinic or doctors.I do not intend on offending anyone or scaring you.

Not to worry Sondra, there are lots of people who post interesting tidbits they find, not so much in the MB forum but on the bigger ones ( and some of those people be harsh - AND CRAZY)   Sometimes new people and people still in their honeymoon phase mistakenly think this is the magic fix, but it can get really really hard and information is always a good thing.  Sadly WLS does not fix our brains, where most of our obesity begins.

Keep on with the interesting information.

I wouldn't worry about that Sandra, the beauty of FB is you can block posts from anyone in the group.

I do that as I find some people constantly repost the same things daily/ weekly/ monthly. Its highly annoying but definitely easy to fix.

It's nothing to lose sleep over!  yes
