So I am one month out of surgery today and feeling pretty good. Still get tired but I know that is normal.

I am down 18lbs from the morning of my surgery but better yet I am 96lbs down from when I started making changes to my life about 6 years ago. I am noticing alot of changes in my body and my ability to do things even little things like get up and down.

I can hardly wait to see how things will be with another 50, 75 and yes unfortunately another 100 lbs!

Great news you will drop that 100 lbs in no time and you will feel so marvelous. I am so happy for you. What a saviour this surgery and a lot of hard work are.

Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico     VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.
