I like click too but didn't find it very filling. I'm still trying to follow the info they gave us at the clinic. Protein first.  I've been eating heaps of Chicken & Fi****ry to buy free range and organic.  I do make a smoothie with chemical protein powder in the mornings but I try and eat natural foods rather than highly processed foods that become sliders for us WLS patients.

It's nice of you to offer to post what is new in USA Sondra especially for those of us that don't have regular access to the internet to read the american flyers or shop online!

Hoping you all are eating well and taking your supplements and to those traveling.. have a safe trip!

thanks.what i eat is different than what you eat because i am almost 3 years post op.I can eat alot more things than someone who is just starting post op life.i no longer have any restrictions from the doctors but keep myself on a tight list of foods to eat.i always do protien first but in the mornings i can not handle solid food so that is why i do the click.i need coffee so this way i also get my coffee and protien together and dont feel bad that i am not getting my protien in.

well im off to target to get my fitbit.

have a great evening
