Fill Provider in Manitoba for Mexican Banded Patients

Does anyone know of a doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner etc. who is willing to do fills for patients banded in Mexico. We use the Allergan Lap-Band and provide all patients with copies of their post op barium swallow films as well as operative report. Would appreciate any information anyone can give me to pass on to my patients.
