Hello all, well I haven't been on here for a very long time and thought I would drop in and see what's shaking!  So sorry to hear about the troubles KJ and Sondra are having.  I will have to take some time soon to catch up with your situations.

I have been stalled for many months 6-8 in fact and now, finally.....the scale is moving again.  I have come down 6 lbs since March and am feeling better than ever.  My tummy seems to be going away again, I felt bloated for many months now and with out shapewear my tummy stuck out and was all I focused on.  I hope this downward trend continues.  I am in a comfortable eating routine but the exercise is still laking and with my work schedule I can't find the time or energy to refocus on it.  Hopefully soon!  I am still at 207...far from Onderland but it is back in my sites.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Yay! OF course the body seems to really like certain weights. I don't seem to have an issue maintaining at 195 but losing is tough. Right now tougher then I want it. So I maintain and will hopefully put my mind to losing in a bit

WTG. Glad the scale is moving for you.  GRRRR  wish mine would.  6 week stall so far.  Hope to see you at the next meet and greet.       We should have another meet and greet in early November to do another Clothing swap for winter.  We can have 4 free meeting per year there at the library under the name Obesity help, I wonder if our "partner group weight loss options" is allowed to have another 4 meetings per year too.  Just a thought.

Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.

Welcome back! Glad to hear the scale is starting to move. I've always been so paranoid that I would gain the weight back and I would be devastated. But thats what your friends are for, encourage each other when we need it most. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Take care

Good post Alle, I'm glad you are back on track.  I too have not moved for quite awhile but I know that I am not trying hard enough.  Summer is over and it's time to get into routine!!   I am having a panni in the next couple of months and you would think that would motivate me to really "work those abs" but I still have to push to go to the gym most days.  I hope you find your "gym rat" self and get back atter, it will definitely help tighten things up and probably push that scale down some more.  Sigh I miss the "honeymoon" period when the weight just fell off!   Take care.
