I am going to keep this offer in mind, Sondra.  I wanted to ask if you were able to get any answers yesterday?  Just know I'm praying for you.

I have never used skype.  Is there a fee or charge for using it?  Also how do you use it?

it's free.its video chat.you just download create account and then we can talk over internet as long as you have webcam

Well I give up on trying to get skype.  I have downloaded it twice and got a bunch of garbage with it, (conduit and visual bee which took over my browser and installed a toolbar even though I clicked do not install).  I uninstalled the garbage and ran virus scanners all of them. Still had to uninstall them again.  Finally did a system restore.  Tried to install it again from another link and same thing.  Grrrrr.  I give up.  NO SKYPE FOR ME.  LOL
