Problems answering PM messages

Forgive me if this is a stupid but I've gotten a couple of messages from members but I'm not able to reply to them.  I open the message and hit the "reply" button and a new screen opens but the message portion is grey and I can't type anything.  Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or if I need to change settings?  Thanks

It might be that you are not Friends with those folks. I made you a Friend so you should be able to PM me.

Nope, still didn't work.  Not sure what's happening.  It was working a few months ago.

Hi Ottogun, you are most likely using internet explorer.  I had the same problem and had to switch to google chrome.  Internet explorer sent an update that messed everything up.  Try using another browser like firefox or google chrome. Barb

Otto are you still having trouble? I use Firefox and it works fine with OH.

BTW are you out of the hospital - how are you doing?
