That's awesome! Thanks for posting! I am going there next weekend and want to take my time finding these things. Were most of them at Walmart or Target? Another question I have is about Sam's Club - is it like Costco in that you have to buy a membership and can Canadians become members? I've never been there.
Thanks.
yes most of these were at target or walmart. there is also hugos
yes you can have a sams club membership.not sure if its worth it if you dont go down often.i go once a month or more.and we share membership with parents.
sams club is great its pretty much the same as costco.you can buy a day membership if you dont plan on going much

I don't know the brand that Sondra gets but I know that Myers drugs sells P28 bread which has 14 grams of protein in a slice and 130 calories.
I haven't tried it but a friend who is into body building uses it ...
Myers also sells a TON of gluten free foods and the walden farms calorie free sauces and dressing and syrups ( which personally I find disgusting - basically water and chemicals to make it taste like what it is supposed to - just my opinion) They also have protein powders and stuff like that.
