update on me

hello all,

 today i feel better and am spending a bit of time on here.i felt so bad that i have not responded to any questions or posts on here.

ok so here is my update.

yesterday i had my ct scan but not on dr hardys orders my local gp did not like tha i had to wait until end of august to have one done at st.b so he called boundry trails on thursday and i got in yesterday and should have results by friday.

dr.hardy put me on tramecet for pain which didnt work so my gp put me on toradol to see if that would help.it didnt so now I am on perecet.this seems to help.

my food selection is getting smaller as everything doesnt sit well in my pouch.

due to the constant pain i havent been doing much other than sleeping when meds kick in.

i would have checked myself back into hospital this week because the pain was so bad but i can not.my kids come first and my DD is having surgery on monday morning so i have to be there for her.once she is home from the hospital and feeling better i will deal with my problems (if i can put off that long)

i have now been dealing with these symptoms since mid april with some surgical sucess but no one can give me answers as to why i am in pain and what is causing this.

Wish you were feeling better! Can only hope the CT scan will show something. I have heard of others heading to Boundary Trails also. Keep us posted and wishing you nothing but a pain free healing journey. Get better quick!

So sorry you are still having problems Sondra....hopefully they will get things sorted out soon.  I too am having major problems and it certainly can let the wind out of your sails.  Good luck with your daughters upcoming surgery.  kj

Hi Sondra, Are you feeling any better??

some days are better than others.i am getting used to the pain which im not sure if its a good thing.i have not had a chance to get results yet as i have been busy with my daughters recovery.i hopefully can get results next week and get them sent to dr vergis office so he can see whats going on

well drs office just called and they would like me to come in on wednesday to discuss results.i will keep you posted
