well yesterday was my 2 year anniversary for having the RNY.
albeit the last month has been very rough i would do it again in a heartbeat.i have lost 140 lbs, gotten off all of my heart meds.met some wonderful people and made new friends.
although i have not made it public people are starting to put 2 and 2 together.im now fine with it.
as to this past month it has been very rough for myself and family.2 surgeries with =in 2 weeks of each other but they were not really related to my wls.i had 2 herinas repaired the first time and the one that was really a problem anyone could have had.the 2 surgery was to fix another herina that was missed and a small bowel resection.
i can still say that i do not regret any choices i have made up until this point.this surgery has made it so i will see my kids graduate from high school go to collage, get married and have kids.before surgery that was up in the air as to how long i would be around.
once i heal from these surgeries i will be returning to my workouts as i have missed them.i have decided to put off the tummy tuck for awhile as i no longer have sick time and i have had enough of the hospitals for awhile.i still would like to get to a convention soon as there will be so much to learn.
i am still interested in becoming a paitent advocate especially after my last 2 stints in the hospital as they are not set up for wls patients to stay more than a night or two.
hope to see everyone soon

Happy 2 year Surgiversary! My how time flies. Crazy heh? I am sorry for the surgical struggles you have endured this past month. Hopefully you will be clear of hospitals for awhile.
I have been checking in from time to time. But have been very busy, unable to make it to M & G's. Though you are all in my thoughts.
Take Sondra and hopefully I will get to a M & G soon.
