Yes, I did it!
Well, I finally hit the 100 pounds lost goal. Yes!!
My mind really played into the struggle to get there. I was eating bits of things, while cooking or passing through the kitchen, that I didn't really want. I am back to documenting my intake on Fitness Pal and trying to drink more water! I would like to get down at least another 50 pounds but I will see where this journey takes me.
I was invited to join the Manitoba closed group on Facebook, but I can't figure out how. Am I having a mind-mush moment and not seeing the obvious?
