VSG on 10/16/12

has anyone heard if they would do a VSG on a person with colitis?

. Surgery date OCTOBER 16th

I haven't heard, but I have/had IBS and I had VSG done in Nov. 2012.....Haven't had a flare up since!!

Referral Oct 31/2011. Group Session May 4/2012. Surgeon Consult Sept 26th, 2012. Surgery Nov 13, 2012. VSG - Dr. C. Andrew, Victoria Hospital. Nut goal 170lbs, personal goal 150lbs.

a friend in ontario is having it done. not sure about manitoba or other programs.

VSG on 05/31/11

I had a VSG in May 2011 and I have Crohn's. Best decision EVER!
