best vitamins ??

what are the best chewable vitamins ect that meet all criteria for WLS  and where  do you get them .....

I got mine at Walmart in Winnipeg.  The chewable calcium I believe was called megacal. Chocolate flavour tastes like tootsie roll!  Vit B12 I got disovable strips.  There is a multi vitamin that is chewable called Quest and it is fruit flavours.  It's not a prenatal but has the same ingregients that the prenatal requires. I also asked the pharmasist for a liquid iron for adults. They sell it.  The vitamin D I bought at Popeyes in a liquid drops formula and add it to juice or my oatmeal.  That's it.  I also added a chewable vitamin C because so many people have colds and I don't want to get sick!   I had my blood tested at 2 and 3 monts out and my levels are all good!

Is there no way to get all those in 1 or 2 pills?

Walmart also has a chewable Vitamin D in chocolate flavor which is good. I am glad to hear about the Quest multi which I will look for. I have been cutting up my prenatal vitamin and have a hard time swallowing pills as it is.
