Sorry for being away for the time frame.....but I have been dealing with changes in my Meds and times taken, I Hve just been SO wiped out when I get home after work and I try to rest but the wife has different ideas, I cannot say I blame her as she wants to spend time with me also.

On the brighter side I have now gone from 428 when this all started to 384, who knows maube I will fit into that speedo by the summer yet........lol

keep up the great work!  Getting into a regular exercise routine will probably help increase your energy level.  I know some days after coming home from work I just want to veg out but I have supper, get cleaned up and head out to the gym. Once I get there my energy picks up and I have a good work out.  Then I get a great sleep at night!
