2013 what a year

i just got back from a 3 week vacation to thailand and indonesia...

without this surgery and my crazy gym schedule i dont think i would have made it through the multiple hikes and activities we did...i also climbed an active volcano!! mount batur!! it was a 2am hike and when you get to the top you watch the sunrise unbelievable something i will never forget..i hiked with 8 friends and only 5 of us were fit enough to climb to the top and I WAS ONE OF THEM! ill post photos on my profile :) NSV for sure!!
