My favorite protein shake that have everyday and still look forward too as an afternoon snack goes like this - 1/2 choc premier protein ready-to-drink container(from costco), about 1 cup of ice and 1 scoop of Click protein coffee mix. I blend it all up in my bullet, sometimes adding a little water or skim if it's too thick. I find it similar to an Ice Cap and it comes in at about 150ish calories and 23 grams of protein. I'll even break out a straw for this (but I'm almost 5 months out, so not too worried about the extra air)
