Any food addiction counselor recommendations?

Hi,

I'm thinking I'd like to find some type of counselor/therapist to talk to about what's going on in my head.  Does anyone have an recommendations?  I didn't have surgery here, but in Mexico.

Have you looked into Overeaters Anonymous? I really have no idea how their program works, except that they deal with food addiction. I have a friend in BC who has had amazing success without through OA without weight loss surgery. I checked it out a while ago and they have online sessions. I think they have meetings locally too.

I'm familiar with OA but was hoping to find a one on one with a counselor situation.  

By the way, your recipe for protein muffins looks great!!
