Did anyone go to the education program at the Vic last night. I missed it. Was there anything worthwhile that I missed that you would like to pass on? Barb C

Sorry didn't go. I didn't get Amara's email until yesterday afternoon and I couldn't make arrangements. March is relationships after surgery I believe.

I went. It was a round table discussion about recipes and what is working for people. Some people brought recipes and everyone can send more by email to [email protected] and she will get them distributed via email to the group.
