2 months post op!

I am feeling pretty good about being 2 months out and down more than 40 pounds.  People started complementing me last week at work and asking me what I'm doing to lose the weight.  They ask how much I lost but I won't say. I just say that I'm eating much differently, watching what I eat and reading food labels. I also get to the gym 3-4 days a week.  I have come down a clothing size and packed up my larger clothes to make room for new stuff!  Can't wait for the meet and greet!

Funny thing in all this is, I don't see a difference in the mirror.  Well, a little. I noticed the other day when I looked up while washing my hands I saw my collar bones and had to take a second look to confirm that. I don't ever remember those poking out when in the mirror!   I know my skin is getting looser and clothes are getting smaller and pounds are getting less.  It is the strangest thing to look and see not much difference.  My husband said he is noticing a big difference and my daughter is visiting from out of town and said I look a lot different.  So weird!

You are doing so great!

What kind of activity do you like to do at the gym?

Before you know it,  you won't even recognize yourself

I like zumba.  I also do circuit training, eliptical and treadmill.  Thanks for the kind words!

Not sure what you mean by pre-op tests.  The clinic gave me a form for my GP to fill out whi*****luded blood work, blood pressure, chest x-ray, EKG, etc.  That had to be done at least 2 weeks pre-op.
