Craving Change

I saw in another post that MB people are taking this as part of the program.  Is it offered at the Vic or independently?  I need to take it for the Edmonton program but I've not seen it here in the city.  If it's the Vic, seeing how they've been about helping "outsiders" I don't know that they'll let me join but it's worth a try.

YES, theynhave craving change classes here in Winnipeg. Call Amara at the Vic 477-3540 and ask her if you can sign up for the craving change classes. There is a $10. Cost for 4 classes.. I am actually signed up to go Feb 4th afternoon class as I told them I was wanting too many snacks again and they suggested I go to this. Don't know what they are all about, but I guess I will try them. Barb
