Coffee results

Just wondering how your coffee night went last night. Did you have better luck with the food and service than we did last month? I emailed the manager last month and complained, so hopefully they sorted it out with the cook.

Did you guys get into a big fight?...... or plot to take over the world?....... how come no one is talking?  I bet Dr. Andrews revealed the complete secret for total weight loss to get and stay at goal and now they are keeping this vital into to themselves......ya, I'm pretty sure this is what is happening

What happens in the back room at Smitty's, stays in the back room at Smitty's!!   Kidding of course.  Service was fine this time around.  Very prompt and the food was hot....unlike the last time we were there.  My faith has been restored.

 

I enjoyed listening to Dr. Andrew speak on the possible complications of WLS post op.  I learned a few things I didn't know before.  He also confirmed that the pilot WLS project has been given the green light by the Province.  More money for more surgeries is what he said.   Criteria now includes men and BMI's up to 55.  The maximum age at the moment is still 55 but he hopes to see that go up to age 65. 

That is exciting to hear that things are moving forward with the program. Sure hope that means I get a phone call soon! Although I may be at the 47 point by then. I have set some goals this month and getting to 47 is the biggest one!

I enjoyed seeing everyone at Smitty's awesome to meet with people travelling similar roads. It strengthens my resolve to see such great successes. Thanks ladies.
