Vertical sleeve gastrectomy at Obesity Control Center (Dr. Ariel Ortiz), Tijuana, MX. Self-pay, self-referral, 4-week wait. Abdominoplasty Aug 10, 2013 (Dr. K. Dolynchuk, Winnipeg - self-pay)
2 scoops CLICK Mocha or CLICK Mocha Decaf
2 Eggs, beaten
6 Tablespoons Milk
4 Tablespoons Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup(i used hersheys sugar free)
4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
6 Tablespoons Multigrain Pancake Mix(i used gluten Free)
4 Tablespoons Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix, dry
2 Tablespoon Cocoa
Pinch salt
Small Mini Muffin Pan (microwave safe)
Sugar Free Whipped Frosting
Fresh Strawberries
In a measuring cup mix egg, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, pudding mix, cocoa, protein powder and salt. Tip dry into wet and stir till combined.
Pour in mini muffin pan. Nuke in microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on micro. Let it sit for three or so minutes.
Top with sugar free whipped frosting and strawberries
