arms

In my psych appointment the Dr. told me that manitoba health will pay for the removal of excess stomach skin, but mentioned that many people have problems with their arms.

Were your arms affected?

you should check out some youtube videos for wls/skin - wow there are some batwings out there.  Both Newfie and Kokonut have great arms but unfortunately after you lose all that weight around your shoulders and the tops of your arms.....you can end up with some killer batwings.  Exercise helps a bit but sadly, not enough.  According to one of the ladies at the coffee outing last Thursday there are "Spanx-like" binders you can wear on your arms to make exercising more comfortable when they get too wobbly (looks kinda like a shrug thats fallen down your shoulders) .  I am anticipating needing this and I work my arms hard at the gym.  

Manitoba health does not pay for brachioplasty  :(
