i just wanted to put a few websites that i have found helpful for those new to the site  pre and post op

these sites have reciepes for all stages of your life post and pre op.they modifiy normal foods and meals into stuff we can have and tastes good.

here are the websites you can order bariatric vitamins from   http://www.celebratevitamins.com/ or  amazon.com(i get them delivered to pembina and run down there)or https://www1.bariatricadvantage.com/catalog

they do offer sample packs based on your type of surgery with the little card i had mentioned.unfourtunately most resturants do not accept these cards.

on melting mamas website she has posted some of the chain resturants that will accept these cards but they are U.S based resturants
