I also met with Dr. Islur last month. He is a very competent surgeon and very polite. Be prepared to cough up at least 4-5k on top of the covered panni. Manitoba health won't pay for more. You MIGHT get more covered it you are really ready to fight for a long time, have rashes and other discomforts directly attributed to weightloss.

I have loose skin above my bellybutton so I wanted either a LBL or Anchor cut or fleur de lis...just over 7k. I am gathering info about going to Dr. Sauceda in Mexico. Sending pics in for a quote this week hopefully.

To get a full tummy tuck, after what MB health will pay it cost a little under $4500 if you chose to stay at the Vic to have your surgery.  That includes the extra for the anaesthetist, the stay at the Vic, some lipo and a brand new belly button!  I can't wait to get my new belly button :)

A dream come true!
