BUMP TO FIRST PAGE. MEET AND GREET OCT. 30th

Sir William Stephenson Library is booked for Tue. Oct. 30th from 5-8:30pm. Everyone is welcome, there will be coffee available. Clothing swap and recipe swap. If you have a good healthy receipe or some clothes that are too big or you don't want, bring them down. If you want to find out about surgeries or share stories, those who have had their wls will try to give as much info as possible. Once again I won't make this one. 2 reasons...one..I'm sick and don't wanna share the cooties..other is it's a PITA to drive all the way up there when you live where I do. Meh..I love you guys but I have kids that need me at home more...last  minute costume fixes for tomorrow!!

These meet and greets are so important for information, support and clothes as you loose weight so quickly and need to change sizes often. You will have so many questions pre and post op and girls on this site are so quick and helpful to respond. At the meet and greets you can do it in person and it is so much better to Be able to talk openly amongst others that have gone through the same thing. Everyone is at different stages so there is always someone there that can answer your questions. I encourage everyone to attend the meet and greet tonight to ask questions. If you learn one thing tonight, it will be we are all there to help each other...before, during and after surgery and it does not cost a thing! Hope to see a lot of you there that are having surgery in the next month.....Barb C. (BCwaiting)

I wish!  I have a ton of clothes (lots of office wear) but I will continue to make a pile until I can coordinate  something.... have fun!

I can't come tonight either. I have to work at my second job at home. We just started a new computer program so I'm behind. Maybe next time.
