how do i post pictures on here

I cant figure out how to post pictures in my post like newfie just did.   How do I do it?

for the side by side you have to use an external website.i use muzy.com then upload the picture and insert it in to the side by side frame that you chose.save it to your pc.once you have that done come back to oh go to your profile and click on photos.it will ask you to upload your picture.once you click on the browse button go to the folder that you saved your side by side from muzy and click on it then you should be able to post it onto here.i hope this helps
