Sir William Stephenson Library is booked for Tue. Oct. 30th from 5-8:30pm. Everyone is welcome, there will be coffee available. Clothing swap and recipe swap. If you have a good healthy receipe or some clothes that are too big or you don't want, bring them down. If you want to find out about surgeries or share stories, those who have had their wls will try to give as much info as possible. The library is located at 765 Keewatin St. Winnipeg

I hope to get there but won't get there until about 6:30 as well. I have 2 bags of clothes so far and still going.

I have to thank who ever it was ( Michelle I think ) at my first meet and greet way back in April, I was a month pre op then. She convinced me to take a bunch of clothes that were an incomprehensible size....no way I would ever fit them. Well I am now wearing most of the jeans and put on a great cozy camel coloured fall jacket today that fits like a glove! I could not imagine ever fitting it and wow is it great! Thanks Michelle!!

Hi. I just registered to this site. I am scheduled for my surgery at the end of November. Would I be able to come down? I would like to meet people who have gone through or will be going through the surgery. I go to Zumba until 6pm on Tuesdays but I could head straight over there after!
