I know, so many have asked and I had it all written down on how to do it but I have put it in a "safe" place and alas, cannot find it.

How do I put one on?

go to health tracker and click on tickers and wigets. create new ticker

Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights. Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome . There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good. PM me for info.

okay, thank you for helping me get that organized but now I can't figure out how to post my progress so far...... I want it to show that I now weight 159 lbs..... sigh, it's so hard being techno challenged....
