hit a bit of a stall

 been sitting at 196 for a couple weeks now, which is fine because i feel my body is still changing! thanksgiving dinner went well it was fun to enjoy families company without the constant stuffing your face like past years. hope everyone else had an amazing weekend, so glad to see alvina is home and resting up!

i added a few more pictures to my profile...i find im not hiding from the camera as much anymore as i dont have to worry about my double chin or if ill look massive in every picture.... on another note i can safely say im in ONEDERLAND!!!!!     

Congrats on onederland.  I'm hopeing I get there in about 6 months. My thanksgiving was great too, didn't get to eat much I managed, 1 meatball, 1 small perogie, 1 small cabage roll, a tablespoon of cucumber salad, 2 bites of chicken and mashed and gravy.  My plate looked pathetic compared to everyones heaped plates. LOL Barb

My plate was sad looking too I couldn't even finish everything on it!! Haha
