honest opinion on Unjury chicken soup broth

I didn't like it at all! It was weird tasting to me- bleck. I ended up selling it to Alvina( tried to give it to her but she insisted!)
I personally found that something like chicken broth would be better with unflavoured in it or plain. I didn't get to my protein goals until about 3-4 weeks post op.
My favorites were the costco premiere chocolate ( easy to grab, not my favorite but in the beginning when it was hard to get the protein in it was a lot of protein in one smallish drink )
The Click is amazing. I have 1-2 a day now. I start with an iced click made with milk ( 15 grams plus 8-12 grams for the milk ) Sometimes I make 2 and drink them throughout the day in my double walled tumbler over ice. Delicous
I've just discovered syntrax mint cookie and omg it is the best non coffee shake I've had. I can't wait to make it into protein ice cream. 23 grams of protein with water- with milk it is like the premiere.
I found hot liquids ( tea, broth ) went down easier - my sister found cold was wayyyy better for her.
Focus on fluids first to avoid dehydration. Then protein. Then vitamins. It might be weeks before you get all your protein in or get fluids in without an issue.

thank Rainyone, I think I will try making a big vat of homemade broth and freeze it in small containers. I have two different kinds of "nonflavored protein" to try with it so I think I will go that route - save some $$. I have 2 cases of the Premier chocolate (wish I could get my hands one some Vanilla but I think it would be too expensive to ship as it is very heavy) I did some experimenting with it this summer (adding ice and some frozen banana in a blender was my fave but I might hate it after surgery, who know!) How soon can I put some banana in?
I put my stash of protein products out on the kitchen table - holy crap! I have been like a squirel hoarding stuff for the winter! Everytime I have been to the city for an appointment, I buy something (and you gave me some juicy type stuff Rainy, so thank you again!!!!)
