I'm back .... and start my liquid diet on Tuesday

Just got back, my friends were rerouted to Rome (they booked with a different airline) so I am alone tonight and just thought I would drop a line, i'm starting to get nervous for the big day and the loser's bench.  Has anyone been to Costco lately?  I am wondering if there was any of that liquid protein in choc or vanilla?  I am hoping we can stop before we drive home tomorrow.....
