4 months since VSG no longer obese

 I am now 4 months out
 I am no longer obese
I am half way to my weight loss goals
my weight loss has definitely slowed down
my hair is falling out A LOT!
my clothing has gone from 2x or 20 to a 12 in most things or the size 10 skirt I am wearing today. 

I love my sleeve!!!

Isnt that amazing? before you know it it will be 6 months or a year and you will be posting those changes ( like goal!)

Congrats on getting out of the obese zone, sorry about the hair loss (it will come back ).  How small are you planning on getting? size 10 is small.

 I used to wear a 5 or 7 and would love to get back to that.  The skirt is just a good size I think as most of the clothes that I am wearing are a 12.  :)

I bet you look fabulous..man thats some small sizes!! My hair is falling out alot too so I had it cut alot shorter to make it look less stringy..Ill still take thin hair pver being fat anyday! Cant wait to actually see how you look from the last time I saw you!

I will not be out there again until the Spring, probably.  I have been talking about getting out there in the winter sometime to see people, but it's hard to plan ahead when you don't know when that darn Hwy will be closed!
