ALVINA IS GETTING BETTER

JUST HAD CALL FROM ALVINAS FAMILY AND SHE IS DOING BETTER.   She had complications with her surgery (leak) and the doctors had trouble getting it under control.  She was on breathing machine but they removed the tubes today and she is breathing on her own.  She will most likely be moved from intensive care tomorrow.  I will send a baloon arrangement or something along that line to cheer her up.  I will address it from the obesity help girls, if you would like to chip in you can at the meet and greet on saturday.

That was great that you called and got the update..good to hear she is getting better. I hope I can make it Saturday.

thats wonderful news.i will chip in some cash.i am hoping to make it saturday but am not for sure.i have football all day that day.maybe i can meet up with someone either before or after.i will be at football from 930-530 6 ish in lasalle

I sent her a bear with flowers and get well balloons.  looked cute on the computer.  I'm not to worried about the money. I just put from the obesity help girls and we hope you get better quickly.  BCwaiting to send private messages you click on someones username or you can add as freind. 

Wow that sound like what happened to me. I was also in intensive care on the breathing machine for a couple of days for the same reason. I really hope all goes well. What I remember of it it that is was not fun, writing down everything and being tied down. I hope everything goes well. Praying for you alvina.

I am glad she is on the mend, scared the bejeezes out of me.  I made the mistake of telling my husband what happened to Alvina - geez - that was dumb. 

Only 5 weeks today until I hit the loser's bench.

 I am so relieved to read this post!   Thank you so much for calling and for sending the bouquet from the group!  I very much want to contribute but have a wedding on Saturday and won't be able to make it to the meet and greet.  Hopefully she is on the road to recovery and able to make it home very soon.  Get well Alvina we're warning up a spot on the losers bench for you!
