Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights. Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome . There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good. PM me for info.

If I could I would but I can't so I won't. Actually I will be out on my food funeral but if you are having one on the 15th of October, I will come fore sure. It's the night before my surgery and it would be great timing for a meet and greet ....... bolster my courage and all that

I'd love to get together while you are in town . We have about $50 from the sale of the clothes towards a room ..... We should plan something while you are in town . I have a couple leads for cheap or free space as well :-)

Referall sent out June 2011, Group Meeting Dec 2,2011, Dr Andrew Jan 25,2012, Psych Evaluation March 1st,2012, Dietician April 12,2012. Surgery June 26,2012!! Nutritionist Goal reached 6 months post op!! SW 247
