welcome new members

hello all,
 i just wanted to say welcome to all of our new members.i havent been on here for a few days and wow have there been alot of new mwmbers joining.this is wonderful.
please feel free to ask us any questions you have.we will try to answer them as best we can based on our experiences.
please remember that everyones journey is different.What works for me might not work for you.
