Tanya - you are soooo right! The support we have found ourselves is so important. I read about other programs in Canada and the US and hear about support groups/meetings- they are doing it right.

I wonder how much of the jump to do this is because of the group here trying to get space?

I wonder how they would like it if the focus was the top ten mistakes surgeons make lol. Or the top ten bad things nutritionists tell you? lol...

Since the program is only scheduled to go until 7:00 I was wondering if anyone wanted to go for coffee after and anyone else who wanted to could join us. How about the Starbucks on Keneston and McGilvray?
