VSG on 10/16/12

How long does it take and what does it include? Will I be out in 2 hours?

If its the nurse and anesthesiologist appointment mine took just over an hour. But I was told to plan for 2 hours.

Referred March 2/11, Group Orientation Nov. 4 /11, Surgery date May 15/12 RNY

Thanks Alle, I assume there will be blood work and vitals but is there anything else I can study up for?

Bring a list of any vitamins/supplements you are currently taking. They may ask you to discontinue some before the surgery.

Other than that, I can't think of anything. They just one final check with you before the big day.
