Bike riding! weeeeeee
We went out as a family yesterday and all rode our bikes. What a feeling.
My man bought a bike this weekend and I bought one a couple months ago.
5 months ago , I wouldn't have even considered it. It's been since I was a teen that I rode and this summer I am riding my bike,.... I would have never been able to cycle. Walking was a bit of an effort.
I love being smaller and being able to move and live life. This surgery has been so amazing for me. I feel so thankful and I know that the kids are appreciating it as well. My man has lost close to 40 lbs since my surgery as well, although he has always been active in sports . We have even talked about starting to run together - maybe doing a couch to 5 k program and actually running in a race. Who would have ever THUNK that???!!!???
Just had to share!
You should be very proud of your progress. You are truly an example of how this tool is suppose to be used. Way to go. If you want to get together before I go for surgery, let me know. Thursday the 16th, I am working at our Portage Ave office, so maybe after work. You can call me at 269-0125 ext 2226
Thanks
Alvina.

I was in the states last week and saw wicked deals on bikes at walmart . One cool looking bike was 58 bucks! I really wish I had brought my bike rack down. Or thought about looking at the prices of them there lol.
We went out tonight again . Took a ride up to the walmart to pick up a couple things and then around the block . I love it . It's a nice bonding experience with my step daughter ( age 8)
Good on ya for getting out there Michelle!!
My kids bought me a Kobo this year, and I use it all the time LOL
I had to get myself a good seat as well. Even with my weigh loss, my butt is still a little bigger than those old seats are designed for. LOL!
Enjoy the ride!
