OMG!! It's about frickin' time!! lol! Isn't that just the best phone call to receive!? And isn't that about the date you were hoping for? I had my pre-op 13 days before surgery. I can't see why you couldn't book it for when you're in town in September...but what do I know. Congrats to you NGD.

The stars have finally lined up and things are working out! I will get back from my food funeral on Friday Sept 29th (late) but I am thinking that if I can arrange my pre op for Oct 1 (monday), I would just stay at my friend's house instead of going back to The Pas with my travelling companions. That will be 15 days before my surgery but if yours was 13 days ahead, a couple more shouldn't matter (I hope) It will save me 2 days off work and about $400 if I have to make a separate trip...... I wonder who I would call at the Vic?

Congrats granny. I tried to book the meeting room for Sept 12 but it was allready booked. The best I could do was Sept 11, from 5pm - 9pm, I hope you czn still make it.Barb

stale. I have to wor****il noon on the 12th so I will be out. dam! but thanks for thinking of me. Maybe I can hit one in Oct since I wil be in the city for a whole week for the surgry and possibly for a pre op assessment trip
