Letter from Victoria Hospital

 Did anyone else receive a letter from the Bariatric clinic at the Vic about a presentation on Sept 5th? The topic is the top 10 mistakes most people make post op.  I read it quickly but it sounds like they plan to do some sort of meeting monthly.  I left the letter at work so I am going from memory, but I think it is only a 1 hour event from 6-7 I believe but you have to rsvp.

Yes, I received one also. Free educational classes for existing patients. Topic, 10 most common mistakes . Ongoing monthly meetings will be held on the 1st. Of each month. Yeah, finally looks like they are doing something. I actually can't make the Sept 5th. Meeting, but would love to have any information they provide. Can someone take notes and then email me what they have to say?

Just thinking, if they already have the room booked for 6-7, wondering if they would just let us use it afterwards also for an extra few hours so people could do their clothing swap, etc? I can't make the Sept 5th meeting but it is certainly worth all of you standing up and saying you would like the room longer! Barb C
