well...it seems I may be a tad anxious/doubtful/suspious...and any other adjectives you can think of!!

I had made a post recently that the surgery did not work for me..I am still hungry ...I can eat ..I was doubtful this was something I should of done.

Well..I think I get it now..I was told everyone is differnt..I will never be the one who can only eat 1/3 of the food on the plate..but..I have to take responbility to what i choose to put in my mouth!

I have taken abit more control...and been more into excersing...I find I am now 6 pounds away for the nuts goal weight!!//.

Ok, so..now I have to try to contune to wrap my head around the fact..i am losing weight..and can perhaps even loose more if I contunie on this healthy way. it is so hard to get the mind to catch up with the body.

I had taken people's advice from here..and the tips i was not aware ..like not drinking with meals..or half hour before or after..eating protien first..carbs love me..and I love them..so I need to be careful with too many carbs..and...be like Nike..just do it!

my sister is in from Texas so I was not able to go to meet and greet...but, if another one comes up..I am in!

I thank you for listening to my panics..and appreciate the advice and support given.

it is soo true..with support of others..things become so much clearer.

Yay for you! And boo to whoever obviously didn't give you the information that you should have had in the first place regarding eating habits following surgery. Somebody definitely dropped the ball.

Wtg!!!!!

Its interesting . We can't control what the scale does but we can control what we do . We can choose to do the things we need to ( water, eating healthy, excersizing, etc) and eventually the scale should move . The sleeve/bypass are just tools that help us do these things - its these behaviors that actually cause the weight loss.

Ive never stalled since the surgery but I had tons of stalls in the two years I was on ww .... I know the stalls and weight loss slowing down will happen eventually .

HW 295 lbs,CW 195, nuts goal-210, my goal 175 surgery date April 3 in Tijuana with Dr Ponce De Leon
