I'm thinking the Vic for this time (#1) and we can go from there as we are getting down to the wire.   At this point I think we should just go, have fun, learn from each other, encourage and applaude all our accomplishments,

....... and get me some new clothes....... 3x by the way ...... haha

The vic works this time... maybe look at different options later?

Hi Ladies, I wont be able to make this one either as I work every day this week except mon and fri. One of these times I will. i even washed some of my old clothes that are too small for me, that I thought that if some of you can use them, then that would be great, instead of them just sitting around here. I still havent heard any more from either place..

i wish i lived closer because we could use my place but people wont come that far out of town even though its only 30 mins.i will be in city all day as i have appt at vic @1pm if anyone wants to get together before.im going to have time to kill lol

I'm having my pre-op tomorrow at the VIC @ 1045.  They said I would be done by 1230 or 1245.  So maybe I'll see you there, which department is your appt in?

I really wanted to come too and meet some of you guys!!  It will have to be for next time! 

I'm on day 6 of the Optifast....first two days were a little hard....now I've found my groove and it's alright.  It's hard when I go places with the kids...Tinkertown, movies, etc....that smell of popcorn and smokies!!!  Plus, I'm off all summer so it's hard during down times but it"s all good!!!  Down 5 lbs!.
