So today i went out for lunch with my mom and sister, i ordered soup...i ate the soup...well not too much of it..it was a big bowl. when the waitress came back to clear the plates she looked at me and said " you didnt like it?" haha it made me laugh cause i really enjoyed it! ate till i was full! and i barely made a dent in it. So i just said yes i really enjoyed it would i be able to have a to go container...

its so weird eating infront of other people especially if they dont know the situation. Its different with family because if i cant eat anymore they will fini**** for me. Oh the journey has been great so far to say the least.

on another hand im a month out on tuesday...and since week 3 ive been stuck at 219, the lovely stall. cant say it bothers me too much as im really trying to focus on what im getting in a day. but really 20 lbs till im in onederland...it cant happen soon enough im already getting excited!!!

hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!!

IT is sooo cheap to eat out now.Plus I usually have leftovers too. I have been for breakfast-  usually have oatmeal , or the place I go for coffee at work ( eddy's )  lets me order tiny amounts of things. craving  hashbrowns one morning- gave me a 1/4 order ( 50 cents ) or a single egg ( $1)  or 2 strips of bacon ( $1)  Love it.  Helps that we are regulars. The owner actually suggested it to me.

At olive garden I get a bowl of soup. Side orders are good.  At wendy's I order a small chili ( $2 and I can only eat 1/2- boyfriend eats the rest)  Tried 5 guys the other day with my neices and ordered a burger without the bun. Mongos is one of my favorites. I get the single bowl and load it up with mostly protein and some veggies. No noodles or rice and I have 90% of it to take home and munch on for a few days  or throw into soup.

Another friend and I have decided we are only going to order a single entree next time and share.  Obviously she will eat most of it. But she figures it will be healthier for her and I can munch.

I usally just order an appetizer, or a bowl of soup if there`s nothing with noodles or rice.  I too have the 1 egg and one slice of bacon option at the place that I work.  I rarely ever set foot into the food court at work anymore because everything there is carb laden AND deep fried.  Yesterday I was out with my husband and he wanted a quick bite, so we went to the DREAED McDonalds, and I got a cheesburger happy meal.  I ate 2 of the fries, and a little less than 1/2 of the cheeseburger.  I LOVE Wendy's chili and if there's no Wendy's nearby, Tim's chili is really good as well.

Eating out is the best now! My partner and I used to spend over $40 whenever we ordered sushi. Now for $20, we are both stuffed. It is wonderful!

Some days we order one entre and share; other days, I just find something I like and take most of it home with me.

What we save on food can now go to my clothing budget.
