Coping with the heat

I have always ( since I have been significantly overweight ) been the one wearing too many clothes ( have to cover the rolls and the thunder arms ) sweating beyond belief and turning red in the face a the slightest exersion. Well today is the big test. I have to photograph a wedding in the heat!!!

I bought a new slinky satin top that is size 14!!!!! OMG 14 but really I am in 18 - 20 in most other clothes. And a cute little shrug ( still have to cover the thunder arms! ) and I feel great! I have been handling the heat very well, actually turning down the air conditioning and spending time outside without dying!

I am loving my new little pouch and my weightloss. Have had lots of poeple in town mentioning it to me in the last few days! I have practised saying thanks, yes I have been working hard at losing weight. And I leave it at that. Stay cool!

HOW AWESOME IS THAT??? Size 14 is so great girl!! :) I can't wait to see you! I hope today goes smoothly and relatively sweat free..LOL

I just sit outside and sweat and DARE anyone to mention my sweatyness. In any case I'm sure to come up with a sassy remark..LOL I am soooo thankful to be able to be outside and not dying of heat exhaustion at all times. It's lovely!
