My lowest adult weight....

Is 225! weeeeeeee.... I once lost to this point on weigh****chers ( took me 2 yrs) and gained back to 250 where I stayed for a few years.

I'm down 70 lbs in like 15 weeks !!! This is amazing. I feel like at 225 I can see 200 and imagine it much more then I did before. Being under 200 ( last time was in high school) seems not only possible , but probably and likely!

I feel so much better , lighter , smaller and healthier. Went for blood work at 3 months and everything was pretty good. My vitamin d was low ( up'ing my supplements ) and my serum calcuim was low along with my parathyroid hormones  ( they are related  to my thyroidectomy in 2005 and not likely to do with nutrition or supplements . I need to repeat them in the next month) My cholestreol was better, my blood sugar was 4.9 from 7.0 pre op ( about to become diagnosed with diabetes)

What a journey this has been and will continue to be ....

I am so happy for you!  You are doing great and isn't the feeling better part such a great thing!  Can't wait to see you in your wedding dress, but don't buy it too soon you won't be able to afford the alterations!

I am now back at the weight I was when I got married 11 years ago coming up in a couple weeks and 3 lbs from my " down 50 when I turn 50 " goal and I still have 2 months to go on that one!  Maybe down 60 when turning 50???

You guys are doing great, looking forward to seeing you again.  Although I might not recognize you at the next meeting.

Right on!  so happy for you!  (can I have your clothes?  LOL)   You do realise that is only 15 lbs off the NUT's goal for you (according to you bottom info)  - Where do they come up with these numbers?

Reading your post made me smile, just think how perfect it will be at Christmas and how long your wish list could be. I'll take my high school weight any day, enjoy your deserve the change!

Change your stats!!!lol So happy for you..you should be VERY proud of yourself. This tool really helps us be in control but you still have to make the right decisions and you are living proof of that. Very inspiring indeed!
