Clif Bars
Clif bars are my new best friend...they make the energy bar (tastes really good) and now, they just started bringing the Clif protein bars to Canada (used to only get them in the U.S.).
They are at Costco for a very reasonable price.
I have the energy bar once a day before a workout. The protein bar is for days when I didn't get enough protein...I think it has 20 gs and it actually doesn't taste disgusting!!

I bought a box of the Aitkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter bars 16 G protein and they tast pretty good. Like a chocolate bar treat. I usually only eat half at a time, very filling. They are good to keep at my desk for days when I get working too much and not thinking about my meals.
I don't eat them often but they are nice to have on hand.

Hey TotalK, good info - are you planning on coming to the M & G next week? if so, you should bring one and we can cut it up into little tiny pieces for a taste test. Those kinds of bars can really vary in taste and texture so it would be great to sample a little piece before buying a big honking costco pack of 5000........ as for where the M & G is going to be, I am still waiting for this Lynette to call me. I did call her assitant again today (she's going to be hatin' on me soon lol) but her assistant did email her a reminder to call me (and cc'ed it to me - lol) so I am hopeful. However it may be prudent to start with plan B for a meeting space for next week. Anyone got any ideas? I am staying at the Country Inn and Suites but am willing to travel whereever (because the friend I am meeting lived in Wpg for 10 years and can drive anywhere!) Did someone say Teasha might be willing? I think someone else volunteered as well.....
