Aquasize...it's a good thing!!!
Got back on track today and got my butt out of bed in time for the 9 am class at the Y this morning and it was great! I usually do deep water but they don't have many deep classes for the summer so I tried the shallow this morning and it wasn't as hard on my knees as I thought it would be. Great work out!
